Respite Emergency Shelter

The Respite Emergency Shelter is a response designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for roofless men (18-60 yrs), who have been homeless for less than a year and/or who are at risk of homelessness and therefore in need of temporary housing.

The primary objective of the shelter is to provide temporary shelter up to a maximum of 3 months and other essential services to facilitate the transition of men experiencing recent rooflessness. Due to this, the shelter welcomes individuals who do not require long-term specialised care.
