The Refettorju tal-Kċina ta' Marta is a new project which was launched in partnership with LOOP - Djakonija Parroċċi and the Alf Mizzi Foundation. It is situated in Ħal Balzan, and serves meals to the community, providing a space for people from all walks of life to meet, eat and get to know each other.
